My wife and I built a new home at Cultus Lake and used Starline Cabinets to do our kitchen. We were extremely pleased with the work they did. They completed the work on time and on budget and did an excellent job. I must also say that a Company is really only as good as its' people, and every single employee we dealt with at Starline was fantastic. From Esther to Eric and everyone else-they were all just great to work with. Our closest relationship however was with our kitchen planner, Courtney Tustian, and she went above and beyond the call of duty. We just can't compliment her enough. Our situation was different than most others. We had originally planned on doing a renovation to an existing cabin. We were initially told everything was O.K. to proceed, so we contacted Starline to get estimates for a new kitchen for our renovation. Courtney spent a long time with us and did up drawings and provided a detailed estimate. Then just a couple of weeks before the renovation was to begin, we were told that our foundation would not support a second story (initially we were told this would be O.K.). We literally started all over again, this time with a complete new build. Courtney was right at our side through all this and did up a completely new kitchen, with new drawings and of course a new estimate. Courtney listened to our ideas, gave us excellent ideas of her own and guided us through this entire project. She has an excellent eye for detail and was a joy to work with. And the best part is that she made the entire process fun! Thank you so much to Starline, and most especially to Courtney for all your help!

The counters look absolutely amazing. If you need advertising photo's just come on over!!! Ruth stopped by when they were just on and loved the whole kitchen. We held the back splash tile up and another tile for the range hood and they will add the finishing touch. I like the size of the island and the round on the phone desk too. I am very happy with our choice of going with Starline. It has been great working with you. The installers were great too. They did a fine job and we will recommend you all highly!

Hi Dana, oh my goodness we are definitely amazed! The final touches by Eric yesterday just clinched the deal, and absolutely once I come down off this cloud we should be able to put together some more coherent sentences... Oh yes, the butcher block is definitely the "pièce de résistance", the entire island is just a perfect focal point. When are you coming over to see it all installed together?! I tease, but of course would be more than happy if you do want to stop by at some point to see the final ensemble - although I might recommend waiting until we find a decent backsplash, I'll be the first to admit that the wall paint doesn't do much justice to the countertops, or help in making everything work as one unit. It's a great contrast to the white cabinets, though, but we just need a back splash with some colours to tie everything together and then I think it will be a SHOWSTOPPER (I bet everyone says that about their kitchen haha)! We had been putting off our kitchen reno project for years fearing that we would never find a contractor or company that would meet our standards. The last thing we wanted was a huge bill with a huge sense of disappointment. As it worked out, a friend ended up doing their kitchen with Starline and upon seeing the results we got in touch with Starline’s designer, Dana Frey. That was almost a year ago now and there is not one thing we regret or would change!!!! What a testament to not only the quality and value but the thought and effort by Starline that has gone into this project. Even more impressive than their workmanship is their commitment to our satisfaction. We cannot say enough good about this company and their employees!! Thank you Dana for everything and thank you Starline for your amazing craftsmanship. We are beyond happy!

The kitchen in our new home lacked space and we spent a lot of time trying to figure out our options. Then we called Starline Cabinets and their entire team did an amazing job! The designer worked with us to determine the best solution and provided us great visuals. The craftsman built high quality cabinets that matched the visuals and the installers were very professional and polite. The finished product was better than what we expected!

Now that the job is complete I would like to thank you and your staff for a job well done; particularly Dana. Our good friends, Isabelle and Jerome, were extremely complimentary toward Dana´s outstanding efforts for their home and we would echo the same sentiments. Dear Sirs. The aim of this letter is to recognize and express appreciation for the services provided by Starline Cabinets during the finishing phase of our new home completed in 2011. The manufacturing and installation of our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry was completed in superior fashion and clearly justified our decision to choose Starline over four other providers in the Chilliwack region. Specific recognition is warranted for two employees of Starline. Much of our detailed discussion over cabinet and hardware selection was conducted with Dana Frey. We found her to be a very diligent, attentive and engaging person who listened carefully to the clients´ requests and spared no effort to ensure the total package was going to meet expectations. During installation she was always available to discuss any necessary adjustments and was quick to provide helpful advice. There is no question that Dana’s approach and sense of professionalism was instrumental in our decision to award Starline with our cabinetry contract. The second Starline employee we wish to recognize is the service manager Eric Pelz. We had several dealings with this individual during the follow up phase of cabinet installation. We found him to be a highly likeable, polite and experienced tradesman who reacted quickly and efficiently to all our concerns. We trusted his judgment and had full confidence in his ability to affect alterations. Like Dana he enhanced Starline’s reputation for customer service. In summary our dealing with Starline Cabinets proved to be very positive in no small part due to the services of Dana Frey and Eric Pelz. We recently had some work done in our kitchen and we just want to let you know that we have been more than impressed with the service we have experienced. We first dealt with Ashley Jansen. She was most helpful, giving good suggestions and even though our job was not a big one she none-the-less made sure that we had all the right information on a timely basis. We were thrilled with the results! After a few weeks, we had a problem with the counter top. I called your shop and very shortly Eric came out to look at the problem. Without any hassle, you stood behind your work and replaced the counter tops. In this day, we often heat of service nightmares, but your company handled the situation in a professional and timely manner. What a treat! The installers were also very professional and left virtually no mess when they finished the work. We just wanted you to know what a great team you have and how much we appreciate the excellent service! We will not hesitate to recommend you to anoyone considering a kitchen renovation.
